My aim is patient-centered care with a high priority on function, returning patients to a level of full functionality as soon as possible. I believe in a combination of hands-on treatment, instrumental soft tissue massage, and therapeutic exercise to alleviate pain, promote tissue extensibility, reeducate neuromuscular control, and promote functional independence.
