I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is to provide an environment that is supportive, free from judgement and respectful, an environment where healing and growth can take place. I integrate a number of counseling approaches and use what best fits the individual’s needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
