Clinical Interests

Using CBT and ACT inter­ven­tions for those expe­ri­enc­ing chron­ic pain or pain relat­ed to med­ical con­di­tions, such as can­cer or GI-relat­ed issues. I empha­size the mind-body rela­tion­ship in my work with patients through inter­ven­tions such as mind­ful­ness, psy­choe­d­u­ca­tion, or PMR.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spend­ing time with my fam­i­ly and dog. I also enjoy trav­el­ing, cook­ing, and col­lect­ing houseplants.
