I received my Clin­i­cal Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion in Ortho­pe­dic Man­u­al Ther­a­py (COMT) through OPTIM in Hous­ton, Texas and am Cer­ti­fied in the McKen­zie Method of Mechan­i­cal Diag­no­sis and Ther­a­py from the McKen­zie Insti­tute of Amer­i­ca. I am cur­rent­ly study­ing for my Ortho­pe­dic Clin­i­cal Spe­cial­ist Exam (OCS) and ded­i­cate myself towards con­sis­tent review of new research to opti­mize patient outcomes.

Personal Interests

I am very pas­sion­ate about fit­ness and enjoy running/​biking, prac­tic­ing yoga, hik­ing with my two dogs, and try­ing new fit­ness class­es. I am also an avid trav­el­er and will nev­er say no to a new adven­ture or challenge.
