I received my Clinical Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) through OPTIM in Houston, Texas and am Certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute of America. I am currently studying for my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Exam (OCS) and dedicate myself towards consistent review of new research to optimize patient outcomes.
Personal Interests
I am very passionate about fitness and enjoy running/biking, practicing yoga, hiking with my two dogs, and trying new fitness classes. I am also an avid traveler and will never say no to a new adventure or challenge.
