I have worked with a range of diag­noses, ages and life stress­es such as: body image, fam­i­ly coun­sel­ing, cou­ples coun­sel­ing, teen and child coun­sel­ing, PTSD, anx­i­ety, depres­sion, mood dis­or­ders and ADHD. I have per­son­al and pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence work­ing with the LGBTQIA+ pop­u­la­tion as well. I have spe­cif­ic train­ing in DBT as well as moti­va­tion­al inter­view­ing and I enjoy using skills draw­ing upon by those modal­i­ties. I con­sid­er myself to be an eclec­tic ther­a­pist pulling from all my expe­ri­ences and modal­i­ties as a therapist.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spend­ing time with my very large mutt, tak­ing walks togeth­er as well as vis­it­ing what­ev­er dog parks we can. I am a huge ani­mal lover! I love to cook and learn new recipes as well. I enjoy learn­ing from new expe­ri­ences through meet­ing new peo­ple and travel.
