My therapeutic approach is one based on dialogue, mutual respect and personal growth. My goal is to welcome you into a calming space where together we can focus on your strengths and resiliency to rewrite any distorted self-narratives, unlearn habitual thoughts and patterns that no longer serve you to find healing for your mind, body and spirit. I use modern techniques rooted in neuroscience, psychoeducation and systems perspective while combining solution-focused modalities and person-centered techniques such as active and reflective listening, validation, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and movement. I look forward to guiding you on your journey towards wellness.

Behavioral & Mental Health insurance coverage varies by provider.
Prior to scheduling with a Behavioral & Mental Health (IPD) provider, please confirm with your insurance carrier that this provider is considered in-network and covered by your insurance plan.
I have experience with anxiety, suicidal ideation, depression, PTSD/C‑PTSD, co-dependency, shame/guilt, grief, self-esteem, attachment issues, abandonment, neural rewiring and more. I have enjoyed working with a diverse clientele of all ages in the child welfare, adoptions, foster, school and parenting psycho-education settings.
In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, spending time with loved ones, enjoying live music, exploring museums, discovering nutritious foods, and practicing grounding techniques in nature such as forest bathing and meditating. I also enjoy reading, taking quiet walks with my dog and naps with my cat.
