My therapeutic approach is one based on dialogue, mutual respect and personal growth. My goal is to welcome you into a calming space where together we can focus on your strengths and resiliency to rewrite any distorted self-narratives, unlearn habitual thoughts and patterns that no longer serve you to find healing for your mind, body and spirit. I use modern techniques rooted in neuroscience, psychoeducation and systems perspective while combining solution-focused modalities and person-centered techniques such as active and reflective listening, validation, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and movement. I look forward to guiding you on your journey towards wellness.
