I use a strengths-based approach, patience, and empa­thy, pro­vid­ing a sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment with­in the ther­a­py process. My approach to ther­a­py is eclec­tic, with an empha­sis on Cog­ni­tive Behav­ioral Therapy.

Clinical Interests

My inter­ests and spe­cial­ties include anx­i­ety dis­or­ders, mood dis­or­ders, stress man­age­ment, grief and loss, attach­ment issues, and self-esteem. I also have expe­ri­ence and train­ing in cri­sis inter­ven­tion and sui­cide prevention.

Personal Interests

I enjoy going on adven­tures, whether that be hik­ing, ziplin­ing or the newest roller coast­er. I also enjoy tak­ing time to cross stitch and read a good book. I most enjoy spend­ing time with my fam­i­ly and my friends.
