As a hand and upper extremity specialist, I like to take a client-centered approach to every plan of care, working closely with each patient to understand not just their diagnosis, but their goals, lifestyle, and what "recovery" truly means to them. My treatment is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing on the latest research in orthopedic and hand therapy to guide clinical decision-making while remaining flexible enough to adapt to each person's unique presentation and pace.
I believe therapy works best as a partnership: I collaborate closely with patients, referring physicians, and the broader care team to ensure a seamless, coordinated recovery. Above all, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered every step of the way — because healing happens best when people are active partners in their own care.

Within hand therapy, I have a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation and custom splinting, guiding patients through the full arc of recovery from the earliest healing stages to regaining strength and function.
I especially enjoy the problem-solving side of hand therapy — tailoring each treatment plan to the intricate anatomy and demands of the hand and upper extremity.
Outside of the clinic, I have a passion for health and wellness in all its forms. I stay active through regular exercise and believe strongly in the connection between movement, strength, and long-term physical wellbeing. I'm also a big believer in the role nutrition plays in overall health and recovery, and I love learning more about how food fuels the body. This personal commitment to wellness informs my approach as a clinician — I don't just treat injuries; I care about helping my patients build sustainable, healthy habits for life.
