My clinical work includes supporting both adolescents and adults in areas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relational and communication struggles, and the spiritual challenges that can accompany mental health concerns. I also have a strong interest in sports performance, helping athletes strengthen their mental game, build resilience, and navigate the pressures of competition. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth.
