I believe therapy is a powerful opportunity for reflection — one that can inspire greater hope, insight, and courage. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and encouraged to explore new perspectives, build confidence, and develop skills for lasting change.

Clinical Interests

My clinical work includes supporting both adolescents and adults in areas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relational and communication struggles, and the spiritual challenges that can accompany mental health concerns. I also have a strong interest in sports performance, helping athletes strengthen their mental game, build resilience, and navigate the pressures of competition. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth. Together, we will explore the parts of your history that may be holding you back while also uncovering strengths you may not yet recognize — helping you move forward with greater freedom and wholeness.

Personal Interests
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, relaxing with a good movie or music, and walking my dog. As a lifelong Chicagoan, I also love following my favorite Chicago sports teams. These personal passions keep me grounded and energized, which I believe makes me a better therapist for the people I serve.
