Duly Health and Care is com­mit­ted to the high­est stan­dards of busi­ness con­duct and com­pli­ance with laws and reg­u­la­tions. The Com­pli­ance Hot­line has been estab­lished to pro­vide a con­fi­den­tial and anony­mous mech­a­nism to report poten­tial com­pli­ance issues.

The Hot­line is a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week resource. Indi­vid­u­als who call the Hot­line may remain anony­mous when sub­mit­ting issues or con­cerns by press­ing #3. Hot­line calls are tak­en by the Com­pli­ance & Pri­va­cy team for eval­u­a­tion and appro­pri­ate action. No one will retal­i­ate against any per­son mak­ing a report in good faith.
