I am a retired Navy veteran who spent the first part of his career in critical care and trauma, the middle as a research scientist and the latter part in mental health as an adult nurse practitioner. I value collaborative, active relationships with my patients that are goal and outcome driven. Good mental health is hard work and a life-long process.
