I have more than a decade of nursing experience working in hospitals, managing many chronic conditions. I am experienced with diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, stroke, and many other conditions. I am very passionate about managing chronic conditions so you can achieve the highest level of health possible and prevent hospitalizations.

When I am not working, you will most likely find me in the kitchen! I love cooking, baking, and sharing meals with family and friends. I also love reading, arts and crafts, music, and travel.
