When I'm not in the clinic, I enjoy a mix of creativity, adventure, and relaxation: Culinary Traveler: I love to travel, especially when it involves experiencing new foods in different places. Dog Person: I am a long-time dog lover and proud owner of my dog, Bear! Classical Musician: I am a classically trained harpist and actually double-majored in Harp during my undergraduate studies.

I enjoy treating a diverse range of conditions and have developed broad interests across the spectrum of physical therapy: Orthopedic Conditions: I frequently work with patients recovering post-surgery and those managing various chronic orthopedic issues ranging from chronic low back pain to a recent sports injury. Neurological Rehabilitation: I am also passionate about working with individuals with neurological conditions, including those recovering from a stroke or managing Parkinson's disease. Dry Needling: I am certified in dry needling for a variety of conditions and across most body parts and use this as another "tool in my tool kit" for helping patients manage their pain and find relief.
