I believe physical therapy should be individualized, collaborative, and focused on helping each patient return to the activities that matter most to them. My approach is rooted in understanding the whole person—not just the diagnosis—and identifying the movement impairments that may be limiting their function.
I have experience working with patients across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults, and treating a wide variety of orthopedic and movement-related conditions. I use a combination of hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and patient education to help each patient reach their full potential while developing the knowledge and tools to prevent future injury.
My goal is to help patients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their ability to improve. I am committed to continually expanding my clinical knowledge so I can provide evidence-informed care and help each patient achieve their goals and maximize their function.
