"Because of changes in my lifestyle over the last 6 months (increased exercise, weight loss) my blood pressure was dropping ver low. I take blood pressure meds so I called into my doctor office. He cut my current med in half. It worked beautifully and my blood pressure is now excellent and stable."

"I know the clinic was busy and my wait time was 45 minutes before getting into an examine room. When I got in the exam room the nurse immediately asked me questions, and took my bp. Then I had to wait about another 30 minutes for the doctor to show up. I may have waited a long time (my appointment time was for 11:30am, and I got out at 1:30pm) but when Dr. Scruggs came in he took the time needed to get my history and go over vital tests that I need to schedule. I appreciated the time Dr. Scruggs took with me; I'm a new patients. When I left I felt like everything was accomplished and I fully understood what I was suppose to do. Dr. Scruggs is an excellent doctor."

"The only comment is that he is always busy and hard to get a quick appointment with. I do understand though, as he is a very good Dr. And he takes the necessary time needed to properly treat me. I have several major health problems (And I am complex, not all doctors are willing to give me the time and patience necessary to treat me completely. Urgent care is not as thorough and Dr. Scruggs is. I do see specialists but Dr. Scruggs needs to evaluate my whole being and coordinate my care and meds. He does it VERY well. Plus, he is kind and caring and easy to talk to. Please don't let him retire. I would be lost with out him."

"Dr. Scruggs is a very good doctor who listens to what you have to say and involves you in your treatment. Better than most doctors I have dealt with recently. He really seems to care about getting you better. I wish more doctors treated their patients this way."
