I am ded­i­cat­ed to sup­port­ing my patients return to the activ­i­ties that they need and want to do. I use a col­lab­o­ra­tive approach with each patient to iden­ti­fy cur­rent bar­ri­ers they face due to their injury and cre­ate an indi­vid­u­al­ized plan of care to facil­i­tate their abil­i­ty to par­tic­i­pate through­out their mean­ing­ful occupations.
