As a physical therapist, my focus has always been helping patients return to their day-to-day activities with greater ease and confidence. Whether it’s restoring motion, decreasing pain, building strength and endurance, or learning to adapt after an illness or injury, I believe people are most successful when they understand the common goal of moving better and what it takes to get there. My practice style emphasizes education—helping patients understand the causes of their movement challenges and the solutions available—combined with consistent effort and professional guidance to achieve lasting results.
