My specific interests within family practice include geriatric and post-acute care, chronic disease management, preventive health, and improving quality of life for older adults. I am especially interested in caring for patients with multiple chronic conditions and helping prevent complications through individualized, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my husband and son. I also enjoy traveling, staying active, and making time to relax and recharge.
