Prioritizing self-care and well-being is my main focus with any client I encounter. Empowering client autonomy is key to establishing healthy and productive therapy. Developing a healthy and strong rapport while also providing a safe and comfortable environment for my clients and their families are highly important to me as a clinician. My clinical practice style(s) range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Perspective, Mindfulness Therapy, Positive Reframing, Exposure Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Task Centered Practice, & Solution Focused Therapy. By using a variation of these therapeutic methods and skill building, we are able to adapt as needed based on every changing needs and the environment, and most importantly, maintain the focus on the clients needs and perspectives while empowering the clients to identify their strengths to illicit positive and meaningful change in their lives.
