I work primarily with individuals and families who struggle with a variety of problems including grief and depression, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, adult children of alcoholic/dysfunctional families, survivors of childhood sexual abuse, marital and family problems and faith issues. My areas of specialty include treating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), sleep problems and men’s issues. I am an experienced group therapist and have led process groups for adults, men's therapy groups, and psycheducational groups.

Outside of work I enjoy music, including singing, playing the guitar, going to concerts, keeping up with a couple of favorite bands. Also, reading, watching a good sci-fi series or movie, going for walks or long drives to experience the beauty of nature. My church community and involvements bring me meaning and joy and support.
