My treatment style is personalized, hands-on, and focused on helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. I specialize in orthopedic and upper extremity rehabilitation with an interest in post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, manual therapy, custom splinting, and integrative dry needling. As both an occupational therapist and a lifelong athlete, I enjoy helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence in movement through evidence-based and individualized care.
