There is a common belief that we should live lives in pursuit of comfort and free from all forms of pain. However, I believe that it is in the pursuit of our values, even in the face of pain or fear, where we truly find ourselves, overcome barriers, and become who we want to be. I want to work with you to strive for meaning and fulfillment, to live in a way that embodies your true sense of self.

Clinical Interests
Clinical areas of focus: adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I have a subspecialty in cross-cultural issues, so I welcome working with those who are adjusting to new cultures, including immigrants, refugees, and cross-cultural workers.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, spending time with my family, and “nerding out” with my son over all things superheroes, Legos, and fantasy. I am always up for a game of Magic: the Gathering.
