He uses prescription lifestyle changes as well as prescription medication changes to promote metabolic health and he prescribes and counsels on the animal-based protein forward paleo, low-carb, Atkins, South Beach, ketogenic, ketovore, vegan keto, and carnivore diets for the purposes of weight loss.
