I approach the process of therapy with a posture of curiosity and exploration, working alongside clients to foster greater understanding of themselves, their unique circumstances, contexts, and challenges. I draw from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities, from an integrative theoretical orientation. I seek to provide a safe, relational, and engaging environment toward developing insight, supporting change, and exploring new and old ways of being. I believe it is a privilege to witness the lives of those I work with as they invite me into portions of their story. It is a courageous act to step into the therapy room, and accompanying the people who walk through the door in the spaces of their lives that they share with me is an honor.
