Adam Mollsen has been with the spine center and Dr Paul since 2009. He has educated himself in general spine as well as minimally invasive techniques and has helped proctor other mid levels and surgeons on new approaches. His approach is team-oriented and tries to treat patients like he would treat his family. He feels education of patients is paramount. Knowledge is power and educating patients to be active participants in their own healthcare is important. He looks at every patient as an individual and treats the person not just images He is part of Edward Hospital Marshall Steele committee educating floor and OR staff trying to always better patient’s outcomes and experiences. He strives to remain current in processes and often collaborates with others keeping an open line of communication with both patients and providers.
