Ann was very understanding of my situation and my history, and she was very friendly and informative during the process.
Primary care person was amazing. She took time to thoroughly understand my concern, examine me, and explain her diagnosis. She listened carefully and calmly answered my questions in common sense terms. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not see a nurse. The PA handled everything herself very well except the hearing test.
