I tried to schedule an appointment or conversation with my doctor for several days before I was able to schedule an appointment. I only was able to talk to a scheduler about getting an appointment, not to a nurse. I was very ill and I needed someone from my primary care office to see me right away because of my history. Thank goodness, Dr. Pandey was available And he did an excellent job with me
