I know that med­ical test­ing can be stress­ful, so I do every­thing I can to put patients’ minds at ease. I believe in being approach­able and explain­ing test results in order to empow­er patients and their fam­i­lies. I enjoy help­ing patients find the answers they are look­ing for.

Novem­ber is Lung Can­cer Aware­ness month. Lung can­cer is the lead­ing cause of can­cer-relat­ed death in the Unit­ed States. How­ev­er, when diag­nosed ear­ly with a low-dose CT scan, lung can­cer is more like­ly to be cur­able, with sur­vival rates jump­ing to near­ly 60 per­cent.
