"Dr. Toolan was one of the best physicians I've had the benefit of meeting. He very quickly and solidly ascertained my challenge and had a four-fold solution to avoid surgery and restore proper functioning of my right foot, which would reduce swelling of the toe that brought me in. I feel Podiatry at Duly has missed this and I was glad to be referred to Orthopedics for my foot."
