Very good at answering questions and explaining medical concepts. Excellent bedside manner.
Dr Joshi is a great listener, does a thorough exam, and answers all of my questions. She also asks about other aspects of my life which makes me feel like she really cares !! She explains all my options to me and includes me in the decision process.
I feel well cared for here. Receptionist is efficient and friendly, the MA greets me, obtains info to share with MD. Md is always concerned about my care, listens to my concerns if I have them
