My personal practice style revolves strongly around the idea that change takes time. I want to work with you to make sustainable changes that will last the course of a lifetime rather than a few weeks. I like to make small, feasible changes in terms of nutrition and dietary habits that will impact your life in a positive way. I love to talk so being open and honest about what changes may and may not work the best for you is very important to me. I want to work with you and hear all of your thoughts because I am ultimately here to help you succeed and meet your goals.

Clinical Interests

I have the hopes of becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator within my profession as a Registered Dietitian. With that being said, diabetes care is one of my professional interests especially working with the gestational diabetes (GDM) population. Overall, I would love to dive deeper into the Women’s Health field while continuing to expand on my knowledge and expertise in the diabetes care specialty.

Personal Interests

Outside of being a Registered Dietitian, I love to play golf with my family! I was a former collegiate golfer at UIC and have worked at many golf courses, so golf will always be a big part of my free time. I also enjoy reading and could spend my entire day with my nose in a book!
