I aim to empower my patients to make the best decisions possible for their health. Being hospitalized is often an unplanned and overwhelming experience. My goal is to use my experience and training to help patients and their families understand their diagnosis and treatment options and make the right choices for each patient. I will coordinate each patient's care throughout their admission to deliver timely and effective services so they can get home quickly and safely.

I appreciate the response to my concern about swelling and the expedited testing to rule out a major concern.
Refreshing pcp visit with Dr. Decker! He went above and beyond to help issue my concerns and educate me on options. I have been to other duly providers and was considering changing to another group but Dr. Decker stood out and actually seemed like a compassionate doctor compared to the others I've seen at Duly!

Best Doctors visit I've had in years! The staff was friendly and the Matt was patient and extremely thorough. I did not feel rushed out and he answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend. It's obvious he really cares for people and his patients care.
