As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have a strong interest in chronic disease management—particularly diabetes, heart disease and hypertension—as well as preventative care across the lifespan. I’m passionate about educating patients and helping them understand how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference in their long-term health. I also really enjoy working with diverse populations and building lasting, trusting relationships through primary care. Staying up to date with evidence-based guidelines and health promotion strategies is something I value so I can continue improving outcomes for my patients.

Connie was extremely thorough and explained things very well. She was also practical, not recommending unnecessary imaging until I had seen the dentist the next day (for jaw pain). She was correct in this. I am having a root canal.
