From the very beginning (upon arrival to the clinic) everyone was very friendly and informative. The forms can be confusing, but the reception was very kind and explained it all. Dr magsam was fantastic. She took her time and listened to my history and my concerns. I felt better when I left her office
Dr. Magsam was wonderful -- she was kind and patient, professional and knowledgeable! She didn't rush me at all! I felt like she really cared about me!!!

Overall good experience but did feel like I was being rushed out of the appointment. I also had a few questions after my visit in which I messaged using mychart and never received a response.
