All went well!
Dr Magsam asked questions and followed up with additional questions regarding my answers. Was very approachable and knowledgeable. I will definitely request her for future appointments.
Everything was great
Provider presented very "know it all" and did not take account patient's experience in the way she provided services. Poor bedside manners and seems inexperienced in professionalism. Provider disregarded the patient's concern. Was not collaborative. Provider will need more experience in working with patients and humbling herself. I will not continue making any appointments with her or with Duly as she made me question the competency of this practice.
