"I have been having my annual exam done by the same doctor at the same location for a number of years. This was the first time that the doctor and nurse both seemed extremely rushed and did not provide thorough care/concern for me. My entire time with the doctor was less than five minutes. When I expressed some questions/concerns, she immediately pushed them off, saying I needed to see another doctor. There was no empathy, kindness or concern from her or the nurse. This was unlike my visits in the past, so perhaps it was a bad day or she is feeling stress from increased job demands, but it was not professional."
