The visit felt a little rushed especially at the end of the appointment
The doctor was amazing! She was energetic and positive making both my daughter and I feel at ease. My daughter was nervous because previous appointments for an earache had led to a painful procedure to remove wax. Doctor assured her she would do a different procedure that was painless and she did. She explained everything to me and my daughter and we left with smiles on our faces.
First time meeting Dr.Chein and we are so pleased. The kids have only ever knows Dr.Smith since birth so this was a wonderful experience being their first time seeing a new doctor.
Dr. Chein knows what she's doing. She was very helpful and we love her.
Dr. Chien and her team are very caring. Each person of the team took care of my child very well and make sure that I understood everything that was explained to me. Both of my children are patients of Dr. Chien and we will continue seeing her as my children grow.
