"Dr Hoscheit was friendly, kind and very clear with the explanation of the procedure he was performing that day. He asked pertinent questions regarding my history and current complaint. He allowed time for me to ask questions. The nurses were friendly and very efficient in providing direct care such as starting the IV. They continued to assure my comfort before and after the procedure."
