Dr. Tan is a very caring and thoughtful physician. His team is very thoughtful as well. I am grateful to have Dr. Tan as my doctor.

It was a last minute appointment from the Lockport office handle by Dina over the phone. She did an excellent job at getting me in to see Dr Tan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at my situation with a lower back injury. He informed me of all my options with proceeding with my care. I would recommend him to anyone

The staff and Doctor were the best! I felt very comfortable and was treated very well by everyone. I never received this kind of treatment and care by any other medical staff. They are amazing!!!!

Both the Nurse and Doctor showed interest in my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. They were also extremely friendly and made talking about things like constipation very easy and comfortable :)

From start to finish, this team was phenomenal. From meeting Megan and eventually Dr. Tan, they eased any concerns I had about the procedure. Once procedure day arrived, the entire nursing and radiology team were phenomenal. They informed me every step of the way on what they had to do next and really listed to my concerns afterward. Dr. Tan is a straight shooter and really great about answering any questions pre and post procedure. Bravo to this squad- you don't often get this team of all-stars in one office :) thanks so much.
