I commonly treat depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD and have a special interest in seasonal affective disorder (“winter blues”), postpartum depression and social anxiety. Although my primary mode of treatment is medication, I am a proponent of regular exercise, proper diet and use of nutritional supplementation.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for close to 40 years and start every morning with at least 30 minutes of each.
