The nurse was very efficient and asked about any concerns or recent change. The Dr came into the quickly thereafter and reviewed the nurse's notes after asking how I was doing since last appointment. The Dr is always very concerned about my status and wants to know about my experience with meds and managing diet. She asks questions related to overall health and wellbeing ( and doesn't just focus on the reason I'm there for the appointment) She provides encouragement, education and thoughtful recommendations to help me succeed. Her genuine care and concern is always evident and appreciated.
