I was looking for a primary doctor since mine moved out of town and I have some health concerns. Dr. Chan listened to what I had to say, she looked at me while we talked, not like other doctors who spend their time staring at the computer. Dr. Chan explained to me path to follow and helped me view an exit from the situation I was in. I walked out of that office feeling hopeful, feeling understood and happy that I found a care the am that truly cares. From reception to nurse, doctor and to the lab, I have no complaints. As I was leaving I had an interaction with one of the member of the cleaning crew, even her was so helpful and nice. I will be back for sure and look forward to my next appointment.
