He was excellent
The PA was very gracious to see me even though I was 25 minutes late because I had gone to the wrong Duly location. However, I felt he was rather dismissive of my issue. I'm a 77 year old woman in otherwise good health who is suffering from a chronic spine issue. My primary care doctor, who is excellent, referred me to the spine center when she saw me for my annual exam.My main concern is the stiffness in my movements which wasn't really addressed. I was given the choice for a steroid prescription, but I felt like the PA was giving me a placebo. He ordered an mri which I will schedule and then I will decide how to proceed.
Great appointment, appreciated the value of everyone's time.
Explained everything where it could be understood.
Jason was great. Explained everything and had patience for my questions and concerns.
