The care and service was great. The staff communicated right away about the delay. But extensive delays are a consistent occurrence, and scheduling an appt time is not reliable. I feel Dr Jenny Tan gives the right amount of time - not too much and not too little. However your scheduling does not seem to accommodate that if it is consistently running behind - an unacceptable amount of 1 hour plus. It should not take 3 hours out of my day for a scheduled wellness appt.

Dr. Jenny Tan is a phenomenal physician. This was our first visit to establish care with a new provider. We were told that we would wait awhile to be seen but I will say..it was well worth it. I was truly nervous about establishing care with a new provider for my 8 and 10 year old (this was due to new insurance plan).after we left our visit I was satisfied and my anxiety was at ease. Dr. Jenny Tan is a kind soul, a true human being who is excellent with children. She was very thorough and answered all my questions for both of my children. Dr. Tan listened - something that healthcare is lacking these days. Will highly recommend Dr. Tan in the community!
Hands down the best Doctor. I would never wait for anyone except Dr. Jenny and her team. I drive an hour to come here and I will continue, because she is A M A Z I N G. The whole team is. They've helped take care of my child from the moment she was born and Dr. Jenny is the *only* doctor I trust for my child (and future children) Keep up the great work you guys. And don't forget to take care of yourselves along the way! Love this place.
