"I have been a long time patient of Dr. Jensen's. I only see her once a year, but have found her to be very caring and responsive to my concerns and questions. I never feel like she rushes through our time together. She is the doctor that started me on the road to treatment for breast cancer after noticing a lumpy area in my breast during an examination. She helped me get a quick appointment for a biopsy with a surgeon she recommended. I am grateful for her superb care."

"I have seen Dr. Jensen several times over the last 3 years. This was the second appointment with her during this pregnancy, and both appointments began with a lecture about needing to do a C-section. The first appointment, I was undecided as it was very early on but she lecture before asking what my preference or opinion was (if she had, she would have learned I was open to it). This time, my C-section was scheduled and had been for several weeks, so the lecture was unnecessary and unwelcome. It is clearly in my chart and the fact she did not read my chart thoroughly prior to the appointment was shocking to me. Additionally, when I told her I was already scheduled for a C-section, she continued telling me the benefits and stated it would be "crazy" not to and made other comments meant to be lighthearted but were judgemental. I started to ask her a question about pain I was having and she interrupted with an explanation of what she thought the question was and then left the room before I could finish my question. Luckily, it wasn't urgent and I was able to get my question answered by another provider. I love this practice and believe if I were in an emergency, my life (and my child's) would be safe with Dr. Jensen, but I am considering looking for another practice due to these experiences."
