Nurse Kristen was great and very thorough. Doctor Lim is great but I wish he took an extra moment or two to pause and ensure if I had any questions or additional concerns. I feel the appointments are very rushed. While I do truly appreciate the promptness and punctuality of his office always, it feels like a push to get me out the door a bit when there wasn't much of an explanation for one of my concerns. Overall, the office is great and will continue going to him.
The nose practitioner and Dr. Kim were both amazing. This also include the front desk check-in. I was greeted and also acknowledged when I left the office.
Dr. Lim and his nurse were amazing. Very helpful, professional. Listened to my concerns and made my appointments for my ultrasound all before I left.
