It was perfect to have her see me this time because we were able to compare the last visit to this one. She reminded me of my last visit and shared the differences she saw in my audiology test results. She listens, clearly explains results and potential treatment plans, welcomes questions, and is pleasant overall with a smile. I can tell she has a passion for her job and she cares about me as the patient. You can't ask for more in a health care provider."
