Personal Interests

First and fore­most I enjoy my fam­i­ly which includes my hus­band and my 2 chil­dren. I also am a health and fit­ness coach out­side of my full time career as a Physi­cian Assis­tant. I enjoy watch­ing oth­ers reach their well­ness goals. DIY projects are my favorite as well and I am a huge base­ball and soft­ball fan.

"Kelly Owens is a rockstar! My son absolutely adores her. We've been seeing her since he was very young. He is 15 now. He's gone from a boy who didn't want her to even touch his ears, to someone who looks forward to seeing her every 6 months! I think he even has a little crush on her!! And Kelly is SO amazing with him, always so excited to see him and spends so much time with him. He happens to have Down syndrome.. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!"
