The doctor was Great. Told me information that was never explain to me over years and advise that no one tild me about. I thought it was a great viset as I was looking for a new doctor that would explain things more where I understood. He did just that. I made the right decision.
Prompt and clear instructions
Though the doctor could not provide a diagnosis for my problem, he was a good listener and tried to explain how my problem is complex and does not allow for an easy diagnosis.

First off....I showed up about 30 minutes early, first thing in the morning, knowing I would have to wait. However, Dr. Patel noticed I was already in the area and saw me early. I'm fairly certain he saw me before he usually sees his first patient!!! He called me as a follow up! And, I've never had a doctor where it felt like a partnership! He makes me feel not only heard but respected! These are experiences that I've rarely if ever had with another doc!
