I am flourishing when I am on a bike ride with my husband and three small children. The endless chatter of the kids, experiencing new elements of nature together, all the while pushing our own limits of strength and endurance are the moments in which I am my best self. As a physician, I see my role as your support and guide to help you live out the experiences and activities that bring you the most joy!

September is prostate cancer awareness month. Since prostate cancer is the second most common form of cancer in men, starting at age 45 for those at an increased risk and age 50 for those at an average risk, screening options are available to help catch cancer at an early stage. Take charge of your health and schedule with your primary care provider to discuss family history and risk factors to determine if screening is right for you.
Chronic disease management, preventative care, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart failure, COPD and asthma.
I enjoy running, bike riding, cooking, Chicago sports and spending time with my husband and three children.
