All we want is to know we are being heard. As a therapist, I strive to create a space for my clients that feels safe, warm, welcoming, and judgement free. I fully believe that this environment creates the best space for connection, both in the therapeutic relationship and independently within each client. My therapeutic style is conversational and relaxed, tailoring each session to meet each clients individual needs, while using a variety of evidence based practices to guide us.

Personal Interests

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and making music!
